5. VIP Alerts & SMS Texting
Tommy Dee Sports VIP Alerts is a recurring informational text-messaging program operated by MALJEN ENTERPRISES, INC. Messages may include sports schedules, game start reminders, game updates, schedule changes, final scores, and relevant sports news for leagues you select.
Enrollment in SMS alerts requires you to provide a mobile number and affirmatively check the optional SMS-consent box on our VIP Alerts form. SMS consent is not a condition of receiving email alerts, accessing sports data, or purchasing any goods or services.
Message frequency varies based on the leagues selected and sports schedules. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe at any time. Reply HELP for help or contact support@tommydeesports.com.
Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Your participation is also subject to our Privacy Policy.
6. Staff Operational SMS Notifications
Authorized Tommy Dee Sports staff may separately enroll to receive internal operational text messages. Account and system notifications may include server balance or credit alerts and notices of new user signups. Client-support notifications may include a newly created support ticket and its ticket number.
Each staff notification category requires a separate affirmative opt-in. Enrollment is optional, is not a condition of employment or assignment, and alternative notification channels remain available. These internal messages are not marketing and are not sent to consumer VIP Alerts subscribers unless that person separately qualifies and enrolls as authorized staff.

7. Free Picks and VIP Access
Free and VIP picks are opinions provided for informational and entertainment purposes only. They are not financial advice, a guarantee of any outcome, or an instruction to place a wager. Sports outcomes are uncertain, and past performance does not guarantee future results. You are responsible for complying with all laws and age restrictions that apply in your location.
Any line or price displayed with a pick is the available provider snapshot recorded when that pick is published. Sportsbook lines can change afterward. Pick history and grading use the published selection and line rather than a later or closing line.
VIP passes are one-time purchases covering the stated number of Eastern Time calendar days. Access begins at 12:01 AM ET on the activation date and ends at 11:59 PM ET on the final included day. They do not renew automatically. Published picks may be added throughout an access period, and the number of available picks varies with the sports calendar and editorial judgment.
Except where required by law, access passes are non-refundable after access has been activated or protected picks have been viewed. If a technical issue prevents access, contact support so we can restore the purchased access period or provide another appropriate remedy.
8. Account Security
You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for activity under your account. VIP access is for the purchasing user and may not be resold, publicly redistributed, scraped, or shared as a group service. We may suspend accounts involved in fraud, chargebacks, credential sharing, or misuse of protected content.
9. Modifications
TommyDeeSports may revise these terms of service for its website at any time without notice. By using this website you are agreeing to be bound by the then current version of these terms of service.
